Every child starts with the manual and with Club Craft, and the other seven tracks open once the manual is done. Alongside the speeches runs a second ladder built entirely on taking roles at meetings, because the club's top awards need both halves.
A project is named by its track and its place in that track, so CC3 is the third Club Craft project. That is exactly what the members portal, the printed manual and the certificates call it.

Emcee, timer, evaluator, welcome address. Roles build the Organizer projects, and one role is required between one speech and the next.

The Stars are the club's highest award. No child can reach one by speaking alone, and none by serving alone.

These ten are where every child begins. Each one has a goal, ten idea questions to help find the content, a three-part speech map, one skill to focus on, and a practice tracker. Tap any project to open it.
Level 1 — SM1 to SM5
Finish all five to earn the Level 1 Star and the Beginner Level 1 certificate.
Level 2 — SM6 to SM10
Finish all five to earn the Level 2 Star, the Level 2 certificate and the Speech Mastery trophy.
Leadership is not a speech.
A child earns an Organizer project by turning up early and taking the roles that make a meeting work for everybody else. There are three, and a coordinator credits each one once the child has done the work.
- A child's first speech can be booked straight away.
- After that, they take at least one meeting role before booking their next speech.
- Only one speech is booked at a time, so every child gets a turn.
